How HMS – Home Management Services collects, uses and protects your information.
When you book a consultation, request a quote, or contact us, we collect the details you provide directly — such as your name, phone number, email address, and project requirements. We do not collect more than we need to deliver our services.
We use your information to schedule consultations, prepare quotes, coordinate installations, register appliance warranties on your behalf, and share relevant updates about your project. We never sell your data to third parties.
Your information is stored securely and accessed only by HMS team members directly involved in your project. We retain project records for warranty and support purposes for as long as the warranty remains valid.
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion of your data where it is no longer required for an active warranty or legal obligation.
