The terms that govern every consultation, quote and project delivered by HMS.
HMS – Home Management Services provides interior design, kitchen installation, furniture installation, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, smart home, maintenance and renovation services across Erbil and the Kurdistan Region.
Every project begins with an in-home consultation and a written, itemized quote. Work begins only once the quote is agreed. Payment terms and schedules are set out in your individual project agreement.
All installation work carries an HMS workmanship warranty, and all appliances carry their manufacturer's warranty, registered on your behalf by our team. Warranty terms vary by trade and are detailed in your handover documentation.
Any changes to an agreed project scope will be documented and quoted separately before work proceeds, so there are never unexpected charges.
Consultations may be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellation terms for confirmed projects are set out in your signed agreement.
